Storage Fees

Storage fees are based on the amount of space your products occupy in our warehouse. This could include shelf space, pallet storage, or specialized storage for items that require specific handling (e.g., climate-controlled environments).

  • Shelf Space Storage: $0.25 – $1.00 per cubic foot per month
  • Pallet Storage: $20 – $30 per pallet per month
  • Specialized Storage: $35 – $50 per pallet per month
  • Ideal for small to medium-sized products that require shelving
  • Best for larger quantities of goods, bulk items, or larger packaging
  • For temperature-sensitive goods like pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics

Pick & Pack Fees

Pick and pack fees are charged for each order we fulfill, which includes picking the products from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.

  • Pick Fees: $1.50 – $4.00 per pick (per item picked from the shelf)
  • Pack Fees: $0.50 – $6.00 per package
  • Rates vary depending on item size and complexity
  • Packaging fees depend on required materials like boxes or padded envelopes

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on size, weight, destination, and urgency. We partner with top carriers to offer cost-effective solutions.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.00 – $25.00 (Domestic), $15.00 – $70.00 (International)
  • Expedited Shipping: $10.00 – $40.00 (Domestic), $30.00 – $120.00 (International)
  • Next-Day Shipping: $20.00 – $70.00 (Domestic)
  • Rates vary based on weight, destination, and selected carrier
  • USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping options available

Returns Handling

Returns management ensures that returned items are processed quickly, restocked, or disposed of as needed.

  • Returns Processing Fees: $1.00 – $5.00 per return
  • Covers inspection, restocking, and processing
  • Specialized handling may incur additional fees

Additional Services

We offer a range of value-added services to meet your business needs.

  • Kitting & Assembly: $1.00 – $10.00 per kit
  • Labeling & Barcode Generation: $0.10 – $0.75 per label
  • Product Inspections: $1.00 – $3.00 per item
  • Special packaging, gift wrapping, and branded packaging available
  • Custom pricing based on requirements

Setup Fees

To start with our 3PL services, we charge a one-time setup fee for account configuration and integration.

  • Standard Setup: $500 – $1,500
  • Custom Setup: Starting at $2,000
  • Includes inventory intake and system integration
  • Custom setup available for complex warehousing needs

Volume-Based Discounts

We offer discounts for businesses with high order volumes.

  • Medium Volume (500 – 2,000 orders/month): 5% – 10% discount
  • High Volume (over 2,000 orders/month): 10% – 20% discount
  • Discounts apply to pick and pack fees, storage, and shipping costs
  • Rewards long-term partnerships
